Following examination of the documents submitted the Inspector has issued her Matters, Issues and Questions (MIQs) LAPP.INSP.07 26.9.18. The Inspector has also issued a MIQ Inspector's Guidance Note (LAPP.INSP.09 26.9.18) for those wishing to respond to the MIQs. All statements, whether electronic and/or in paper form, should be received by the Programme Officer by 5pm on Monday 22 October 2018. No new evidence or documents should be submitted at the Hearings or afterwards unless specifically requested. Full details available on the Matters, Issues and Questions page. In addition, the Inspector has also issued an Outline Programme of the hearings (LAPP.INSP.08 26.9.18). It should be noted that the programme will be updated on the run-up to and potentially through the hearing sessions and you should therefore check the website regularly. |
