This Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) supplements Policy IN4: Developer Contributions and Policy EN2: Open Space in New Development of the Land and Planning Policies Local Plan Part 2 - 2020.

It explains how Policies EN2 and IN4, along with relevant Core Strategy policies, should be applied in practice covering the type, amount and quality of open space required, and the circumstances in which on-site provision or financial contributions are appropriate.
