In the event that licensed premises are failing to meet the licensing objectives, every endeavour to resolve problems should be discussed with the proprietor and/or Responsible Authority. If matters cannot be resolved, a process to review the premises licence/club premises certificate exists.

This may result in a licensing panel hearing to which you (or your suitable representative) and the licence holder will be invited.  Information regarding the hearing procedures will be sent to you.

NB once completed, a copy of the review form must be sent to the holder of the licence/certificate and all responsible authorities on the contact list below.
