About the Centre

The Oaks Residential Care Home

The Oaks is a welcoming residential care home that provides each resident with a private single room, complete with en-suite washing facilities for added comfort and convenience. Our goal is to ensure that every resident's stay is as comfortable as possible.

The Oaks Residential Care Home

The Oaks offers accommodation for individuals aged 58 and above who need residential care and specialises in dementia care. We strive to create a warm, safe, and welcoming environment, with amenities that help you or your loved one feel at home in our care.

The Oaks is conveniently located in the heart of St. Ann’s, close to local amenities such as shops, a market, a library, a community centre, a mosque, and churches, as well as Stone Bridge City Farm and nearby parks. It also benefits from excellent transport links to the city centre, which is just one mile away.

Our dedicated carers are specially recruited and trained to provide personalised care and support that caters to your individual needs. They focus on helping you or your loved one retain maximum independence while ensuring 24-hour peace of mind, with assistance always readily available.

Our objective is to provide all residents with a life that feels as normal as possible, tailored to their specific health and care needs. We foster a homely atmosphere that enables them to live as independently as possible, while ensuring their privacy and dignity are respected, and allowing them to make their own choices.
