Welcome to our Early Years workforce development offer. As a team, we are committed to supporting high‑quality practice across Nottingham City, and I’m personally delighted to share the range of opportunities available to you. We work with skilled and experienced practitioners who bring real‑world knowledge, practical insight, and a deep understanding of the Early Years sector. Where we have paid for courses, we aim to make these as reasonably priced as possible to make it as accessible as possible.

Our aim is to provide training that is meaningful, relevant, and responsive to the needs of our local context — alongside the essential statutory training that every setting requires. We have designed this CPD offer to align with  the governments Best Start in Life campaign, ensuring high-quality practice that supports progress towards our ability to achieve the GLD target.
