Notice of Substantial Road Works for Road Purposes

Notice is hereby given that Nottingham City Council intends to carry out substantial works for road purposes in Pelham Avenue, Nottingham.

Subject to exemptions in the New Roads and Street Works Act 1991 and regulations under it, no Street Works may be executed within the prescribed restriction period.

The Streets in which these works will take place are:

• Pelham Avenue (USRN 29015275) - (Whole length)

Works will affect substantial areas of: Carriageway

Works are expected to commence on: 30th March 2026

Proposed completion date: 2nd April 2026

Restriction period: 24 months (2nd April 2028)
