Notice of Substantial Road Works for Road Purposes

Notice is hereby given that Nottingham City Council intends to carry out substantial works for road purposes in St Albans Road, Bulwell, Nottingham.

Subject to exemptions in the New Roads and Street Works Act 1991 and regulations under it, no Street Works may be executed within the prescribed restriction period.

The Streets in which these works will take place are:

• St Albans Road (USRN 29006535)
  (from the railway crossing to Bestwood Terrace)
  

Works will affect substantial areas of: Carriageway

Works are expected to commence on: 28^th July 2025

Proposed completion date: 1st August 2025

Restriction period: 24 months (1st August 2027)
