Apprentice Planning Enforcement Officer – Grade: A - H
Job Purpose
To assist in delivering a customer-focused Planning Enforcement service by providing supervised investigation support, case administration, evidence gathering and communication with customers and stakeholders. The postholder will help maintain the integrity of Nottingham’s built environment by supporting enforcement activity related to alleged breaches of planning control and non-compliance.

Apprentice Tree Preservation Officer – Grade: A - H
Job Purpose
To support the Tree Preservation Officer(s) and Planning service by helping to protect and enhance Nottingham’s tree resource through supervised arboricultural administration, site-based learning, record keeping and first-draft technical work. The postholder will contribute to the Council’s statutory tree protection responsibilities (including TPOs and Conservation Area trees) and provide customer-focused support to residents, councillors, developers and colleagues, while completing an agreed arboriculture-related apprenticeship programme.
