Tec Buddy offers free one-to-one digital support to help people gain confidence using computers, smartphones and the internet.
They can help you:
- Learn how to use a computer, tablet or smartphone
- Access online services
- Complete online forms and applications
- Set up and use an email account
- Improve your digital skills at your own pace

We can explain explain things step by step.
Our free and friendly sessions can help you:
- search online and use apps
- feel confident with technology
- do online shopping and banking
Each venue will be running six sessions aimed to support people with varying skill levels to gain more confidence with technology. You do not need any computer skills or qualifications to join. Sessions will last 2 hours with a 1 hour drop-in afterwards.
