Consultation on a revised version of the ‘Open Space in New Residential and Commercial Development Supplementary Planning Document’ (SPD).

The proposed revisions relate to how we uplift costs in the future. The new method introduces a clearer, more flexible approach by indexing costs using recognised construction indices (such as BCIS), ensuring contributions remain accurate, up to date and reflective of the true cost of providing enhanced open space improvements.
