This consultation is Open
Consultation Open 21 October 2025 to 02 December 2025
The Medium-Term Financial Plan from 2026/27 to 2029/30 outlines how the authority aims to balance its budget, ending the use of Exceptional Financial Support (EFS), where the Government allows councils to use one-off money from the sale of assets to pay for day-to-day running costs.
While none of the proposals require formal public consultation, in the interests of openness and transparency the council is sharing its plans for savings and spending, and we welcome your views. Please use the survey form below to tell us what you think of the plans.
