About the Role 


A key role supporting meaningful consultation and engagement for the LGR programme. You will help ensure residents, voluntary and community groups, and key stakeholders shape proposals for local government reorganisation. 


What You’ll Do 


  • Design and deliver consultation and engagement for LGR 
  • Support the REC Team Manager and LGR Implementation Director 
  • Facilitate insight led engagement with diverse communities 
  • Support statutory consultations and corporate engagement activity 
  • Ensure inclusive, ethical and accessible engagement practices 
  • Analyse data and produce clear reports to inform decision making 

Who We’re Looking For 


An enthusiastic engagement practitioner with experience working with communities, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to inclusive, evidence-based engagement.
