Salary: £51,356 - £54,495 (Grade J)

About the Role
This role supports the Directorates and leadership team by coordinating directorate readiness for LGR. You will lead project delivery/management, business performance reporting, governance, partnerships, risk, and service planning activities relating to LGR, ensuring alignment with the wider LGR programme.
What You’ll Do
- Directorate related Project Management of relevant workstreams
- Lead business strategy and performance frameworks for LGR
- Drive forward planning, governance and decision-making processes
- Support major partnerships and internal/external engagement
- Embed culture and system changes across directorates
- Deliver briefings, reports and strategic insights to senior leaders
Who We’re Looking For
A strong strategist and project manager with experience in public sector governance and delivery (ideally with knowledge of social care, housing, asset management or community/resident services) complex programme environments, partnership working, and organisational improvement.
