Over the last few years, we have been strengthening practice, redesigning services and building a more joined-up system around infants, children, young people and families. This has included changes across early help, social care, education, SEND, youth justice and partnership safeguarding, all focused on improving outcomes and making support more timely, consistent and child centred.
