Working Well – East Midlands

Free advice and intensive support for people with long-term health conditions or disabilities – to find the right job, return to work after long-term sickness, or keep their current job.

Who is this service for?*

Individuals with either long-term physical or mental health conditions, or disabilities that make gaining or staying in employment difficult.

Personalised one-to-one support is provided by a dedicated Employment Specialist who will help to overcome a wide range of work-related barriers, as well as in-work support for both the employee and the employer.

The Individual Placement and Support in Primary Care (IPSPC) initiative is part of the Working Well - East Midlands suite of targeted Employment Support and is UK Government funded via the Department of Work and Pensions (DWP).
