• The number of bags you need to order and bag type
• A debit or credit card to make payment

Once you have completed your order you will receive a confirmation email, you can also register for an online account that will save time when placing future orders.

Please note Commercial Waste Bags can only be placed for collection at the times below as part of our standard contract, and must only be presented during the following periods:

Collection Days

Monday – Saturday* Morning - 5:00am – 9:45am Evening 4:00pm – 5:30pm

(*Derby collections are Monday to Friday, mornings only)

Bag presentation – all bags must be tied, not overloaded and bags must not contain any glass or sharp items.
