The Guildhall site is a Grade II Listed Building: Former Police And Fire Stations, situated next to Nottingham’s Cornerhouse complex, near Nottingham Trent University and intu Victoria Centre and under a 5 minute walk from Old Market Square.

The listed building has been earmarked for an upscale, four star hotel with restaurant, bars, function space and spa facilities. The Hotel will be sensitively renovated to draw on the features of the historic building, while talks are ongoing with developers about what will replace the previous police and fire stations.
