About our Organisation

Transform is a registered charity that delivers life skills and employability training to people in local communities and the professionals who support them. The foundation of Transform's work is emotional education, with all activities promoting emotional literacy, resilience and intelligence.

 Transform changes lives by helping people understand they can take control of their reactions through emotional literacy and by developing resilience. The charity believes everyone deserves the opportunity to reach their full potential, and works tirelessly to make this vision a reality through their targeted interventions and comprehensive support services.

Employment Support Programmes - 
Transform Your Future with Transform Training

Looking for support with your employment journey? Transform Training offers two specialised programmes designed to help you take your next steps with confidence.

TLC (Employability) Club

A dynamic opportunity for young people aged 16-25 who are not in education, employment or training (NEET) and live in Nottingham City.

Our programme begins with an engaging one-day workshop, followed by comprehensive 12-week support. We'll help you identify meaningful aspirations and develop practical pathways towards education, training or employment.

Steps Towards Work

Feeling uncertain about entering the workforce? 
Our supportive Steps Towards Work programme helps adults discover their potential in a friendly, welcoming environment.
