Personal Emergency Evacuation Plans (PEEPs)

If you have a disability, mobility issue, or any condition that could affect your ability to evacuate quickly in an emergency, you should request a Personal Emergency Evacuation Plan (PEEP) from your building manager or Accountable Person.

A PEEP is a tailored plan that sets out the assistance you need during an evacuation, such as:

• Identifying safe routes and refuge points.
• Arranging for trained staff or designated helpers.
• Providing specialist equipment if required.

Notifying the building manager of your needs ensures accurate information is available to the Fire and Rescue Service and helps keep you safe during an emergency.
