Nottingham City Council Children's Public Health 0-19 Nursing Service Review

We want to understand parents’ experiences with the Children’s Public Health 0-19 Nursing Service in Nottingham. The service includes the Health Visiting and School Nurse Services.

We want to hear from the following people who live in Nottingham city:

  • Expectant parents
  • Parents/carers with pre-school aged children (0-5 years)
  • Parents/carers with school aged children
  • Parents/carers  with children up to age 19
  • Parents/carers with children up to age 25 (if they have a Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities)
  • Participation involves completing an anonymous online survey (approximately 10 minutes).

Your responses are completely anonymous. Your response will not be linked to your identity or email address.

How your data will be used: Your responses will be combined with others and reported in summary form only. No individual will be identifiable. Findings may be published in reports or academic journals.

If you have any questions about this study, you can contact the public health team by email at: Jennifer.burton@nottinghamcity.gov.uk

Before you start: Some of the questions ask you about your health and your child’s health, which may feel personal. We ask these questions to help us understand the health needs of you and your child. This will help us improve services. You do not have to answer any question you are uncomfortable with, just select “Prefer not to say” where it’s available. You can exit the survey at any time before submitting.
