This consultation is Open
Consultation Open 11 June 2026 to 14 August 2026Help improve information on substance & alcohol in pregnancy
Local partners working together to improve health and reduce health inequalities under the Nottingham and Nottinghamshire LMNS Equity Strategy are looking to better understand where people go for information when they are pregnant or planning a pregnancy.
Take the survey
The purpose of this consultation is to find out where people who might become pregnant one day (planned or unplanned), and people who are planning a baby or are currently pregnant go when they are seeking information about pregnancy. This survey has been agreed by the Substance Use and Alcohol Task and Finish Group for Nottingham and Nottinghamshire that reports to the ICB Perinatal Health Inequalities meeting and the work forms part of the Local Maternity and Neonatal System (LMNS) equity strategy 2025-2028 for Nottingham City and Nottinghamshire County.
We have developed a survey to find out:
- Where people access information and support during pregnancy
- What people know about the harms of substance use in pregnancy
- What information is currently available and how accessible it is
How can you help
Please share the survey across your networks, including community groups, parent networks, voluntary organisations, and social media.
Please complete the survey if you are planning a pregnancy (planned or unplanned) and or are currently pregnant and live in Nottingham City or Nottinghamshire County.
