We’re asking a few short questions about Nottingham’s Adult Social Care Strategy (2026–2028) Enabling Gloriously Ordinary Lives. Your answers will help us understand what matters most, what good support should feel like, and what we should prioritise first.

The following short video shows how you can translate the survey. Answers submitted in an alternative language to English will be translated our end using Google Translate.
