Join our Nottingham Clean Champions voluntary scheme and help keep your neighbourhood litter-free; you will be joining our army of volunteers across the city making a difference from their doorstep. Together, we can make Nottingham a cleaner place to live.

Please note, only residents, educational establishments (e.g., school, college, university), groups, or businesses within Nottingham City can sign up to the scheme.

If you have any informal feedback or questions about the scheme, please contact your Volunteer & Engagement Officer at clean champions.

Clean Champions Events

You can find our calendar of events below. Please note that you will need to be registered as a Clean Champion prior to attending these, as you will need to have your own equipment. 

If you’d like us to promote your event, please email us with the below details:

• Date and time of your litter pick, including how long the event is for 
• Location of the litter pick, including a meeting point
• Is this a one-off event, or is it reoccurring? For example, ‘The first Saturday of the month.’ 
• Your name and contact details – please let us know if these can be shared
