Audience: Specifically for PVI Practitioners (Day Nurseries, Pre-schools and Childminders) 

Course Overview: This course will provide you with the knowledge to ensure procedures are in place to recruit people who share your commitment to safeguarding children. Covering Government guidance 'Working Together to Safeguard Children' the course will also explore:

• Preparing to recruit
• Carrying out pre-appointment check
• Dealing with concerns identified and continuing safer recruitment practices after appointment
