Nottingham Private Rented Assistance Scheme (NPRAS)

The NPRAS Scheme assists City residents who are homeless to find good quality private rented accommodation.
The Scheme provides a Guarantee Bond in place of a deposit for all successful applicants and can pay up to four weeks rent in advance for eligible customers.
Our team supports residents privately renting who struggle with quality of housing or financial worries.

How NPRAS can help tenants

NPRAS can aid both tenants and landlords reach a medium, by providing support and advice:

  • Assess your income and expenses to provide affordable accommodation
  • Ensure tenants provide all the documents needed
  • Market landlords properties for £35 per month
  • Arrange for viewings and meetings with the landlord
