Nottingham City Council want you to be part of our pioneering work through our commissioning and contracting functions. You will play an integral role in our transformation journey; supporting us in transforming our relationships with communities and suppliers and drive excellence and results for our communities, working with suppliers and providers to put in place the right support, to enable and empower communities and individuals.

We work across the whole life course, co-designing preventative support and solutions for when children, families and vulnerable adults needs more help, using the best evidence and in partnership with health, education, housing, and the voluntary sector. Your work will focus on implementing new approaches to give children, families, vulnerable adults and communities a voice, improve the quality of services, work with partners to deliver change and best value, enhance prevention and early intervention and improve commissioned services’ impact on the lives of Nottingham’s residents.

Your role will help to drive a move away from traditional models of commissioning and look at new ways of delivering commissioned services to deliver better outcomes. So, if you are an out-of-the box thinker and are up for a new challenge, apply now!
