Biographical details 

Toby has lived and worked in Nottingham for over 25 years, establishing a business that has employed local people. He was first elected to the Council in 2011 and has worked closely with local people to increase opportunities for young people in training and employment, supporting Nottingham’s diverse communities and improving housing standards in the ward.
