The collection includes one copy of nearly every book written about Nottinghamshire people, places and subjects. Newspapers on microfilm, cuttings, oral histories and specialist indexes.
It includes information about the City of Nottingham and the County of Nottinghamshire. Some materials are available for loan, but most of the stock is for use in the library only. There are eResources too, such as Find my Past and British Newspapers online.
