On Street Parking and Cashless Zones

Where to Park

The map below represents the location of each pay and display machine as at 1st November 2017. There are three different zones within the city, with each one operating a different tariff. Click on the pins for more information about that location.

Please note: A minimum fee of £1 applies in all zones and there is no maximum stay limit.

Failure to clearly display a valid ticket may result in a penalty charge being issued.

While care and attention are taken to produce this map, there may be inaccuracies in the exact location of each machine and associated on-street parking bays. It is the parker's responsibility to check for local restrictions that may in place, either temporary or permanent. This includes tidal bus lanes where there may be no waiting or no loading at certain times of the day.

Cashless Parking Zones

Nottingham is increasing the number of zones that are specifically cashless only parking zones. There are numerous benefits to a cashless parking system including;

  • Quick, simple and easy to use
  • Extend parking without returning to the pay and display machine
  • Environmentally friendly, no more paper tickets
  • Text reminders available when the parking session is about to expire
  • Pay from the comfort and safety of your vehicle

Parking in these locations can be purchased by using RingGo via the app, telephone number or website.

Each scheme is bespoke as it is designed to combat the specific parking problems in the area. Please see the map and table below to see the days and times that restrictions are in force.

Always pay attention to local signage as restrictions are liable to change.
