Community Learning courses are designed to inspire adults who want to come back to learning and provide social contact and confidence to succeed in developing new skills. They offer a really wide range of community-run courses for people of all ages who want to acquire new skills, improve their chances to find work or gain a higher level job.

Community Learning is funded by the Education Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) and organised by Nottingham City Council. Nottingham City Council contract with local providers and groups to deliver the courses. Learning can be formal and informal, within community settings.
