Nottingham City Council has plans in place to deal with any outbreaks of serious disease in Nottingham. Our Public Health team is working closely with Public Health England and NHS partners.

In light of advice being issued, Housing Aid is taking steps to minimise the need to attend our office in person.

If you have an open case with the service and require advice or have a general enquiry please email housing.aid@nottinghamcity.gov.uk  or call us on   0115 8763300. If you have an open case, please quote your case reference number where possible.

If you do not have an active case with the service and are homeless or are at risk of becoming homeless, please complete the self-referral form and a colleague will make contact with you.  If you are unable to do so, please email the service housing.aid@nottinghamcity.gov.uk and a colleague will make contact you to update you on the next steps.

If you are currently feeling unwell and / or have any symptoms, we ask that you do not attend our office in person and that you contact either by email or telephone only.
