Nottingham City Council is part of the Nottingham and Nottinghamshire Integrated Care System (ICS).

The ICS brings together local NHS, councils and the voluntary sector to create a partnership that can better serve our citizens.

More and more people need care across a lot of different settings, whether they're visiting clinics or hospitals, living in nursing homes or at home with a carer. We want to make sure your entire care system, whatever it might look like, is well-coordinated and working together as a team to give you exactly the care you need.

That also means we have more freedom to manage local services and determine how money is spent on health and care. We are investing in what we know works best for our local community, like focusing on preventing illnesses and providing more services closer to where people live.
