Notice is hereby given that Nottingham City Council (“the Council”) proposes to EXTEND the Management of Nottingham City Centre Public Spaces Protection Order (“Management of City Centre PSPO”) which would otherwise expire on 17^th March 2022. A copy of the PSPO can be found here.

It is proposed to extend the Management of City Centre PSPO for a period of three years to 18^th March 2025, Any representations or comments on the proposed extension to the Orders should be sent to Nick.burns@nottinghamcity.gov.uk to be received by 24^th December 2021 after which the Council will consider any representations received before deciding whether the extend the Management of City Centre PSPO
