Your Local Centre
Community centres are friendly, welcoming places at the heart of community life. They provide many opportunities to try out new activities, meet people with similar interests, and to make friends and get to know people in the local community.
Most community centres are managed and run by voluntary organisations (Community Associations), independently from Nottingham City Council. They provide a wide variety of regular activities, clubs, and social groups.
Most centres have rooms or halls available to hire, for activities such as meetings, training sessions, events, shows, or private parties.
