If you wish to move your licence to other premises, you must apply to transfer your premises licence.

How to apply

To apply, download and complete the transfer premises licence application form below.

You are also required to complete a notice of application that should be sent to all relevant Responsible Authorities

• Form A is to be used if there is one applicant only.
  • Notice of App for Reinstatement of Premises Licence - Form A
• Form B is to be used if there is more than one applicant. 
  • Notice of App for Reinstatement of Premises Licence - Form B
