Bingo premise licensing
A Bingo Premises is entitled to operate a maximum of 20% of the total number of gaming machines which are available for use on the premises in categories B3 or B4.
Premises in existence before 13 July 2011 are entitled to make available eight category B3/B4 gaming machines, or 20% of the total number of gaming machines, whichever is greater.
Once the premises licence has been granted it will last for an unlimited duration. No further application will be required to be made to the Licensing Authority, unless there is a change of circumstance.

There will be an annual fee payable in respect of the premises licence issued by the Authority. Failure to pay the annual fee will result in the licence being revoked.

Remote Bingo Operating Licence
If linked bingo, handheld bingo terminals or automated bingo terminals are available to customers an ancillary remote bingo operating licence is required from the Gambling Commission.
