NCC Building Maintenance Advisory Service 2021/22

Our building maintenance advisory service will ensure that your school or academy is maintained to an appropriate standard. We work with you to assist with repairs, maintenance, energy advice, refurbishments or alterations and ensure compliance with all applicable legislation and ensure contractors and suppliers conform to current standards.  We have a team of experienced technical officers, bespoke supply chain, architect, quantity surveyor, structural engineer and electrical and mechanical engineers to support and advise your school or academy on activities you require to safeguard your site assets.
