Public Inquiry for Land Off Edenbridge Court Wollaton (aka Sandy Lane Bramcote)

The Planning Inspectorate have received an appeal against a planning application submitted to us relating to land off Edenbridge Court.

The appeal is by Bramcote Unity Park Charitable Incorporated Corporation relating to the applications to Nottingham City Council and Broxtowe Borough Council for “New community park comprising footpaths, 1072 trees, recreation, education and biodiversity infrastructure and facilities together with enabling works comprising 11 dwellings”

The Secretary of State has appointed a Planning Inspector and the Inquiry will commence on Tuesday 8th June at 10:00 am.

The Inquiry will be held as a virtual event run by an Inspector in the normal way, but with the parties invited to join via Microsoft Teams or telephone.

The appeals are to be heard jointly.
