If you are a provider of domiciliary care (Care at Home) within the Nottingham City region and wish to become an Accredited Provider this page outlines how your organisation can apply for a contract with Nottingham City Council.
Please note that this Accreditation process will form the mechanism for securing providers that are required in addition to those provided under primary contracts for this service (currently the Care at Home Framework). The Council will always place packages through the Framework as its primary contracting mechanism where this is possible, and will only approach the Accredited Providers in the event that the Framework cannot provide the services required.

Information and instructions about how to complete the application form are available to download above. Applications will only be accepted from organisations holding a current registration with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and have received at least one CQC inspection at an office based within 25 miles of Nottingham City.

During the assessment, providers may be contacted for further information or to clarify responses. Approved providers will be issued with a contract with Nottingham City Council, a copy of which is available to download and view as part of the application pack.
