If you find your bin has not been emptied this week, please let us know by completing the form below and we will make arrangements to collect your bin as soon as possible.

Your information will be sent direct to the relevant person within the council who can process your request. You will be sent an automated email quoting a reference number, should you wish to track the status of your enquiry please click on the link below and enter in your reference number.

**Please Note**

Green Bin
If there is any brick, soil, stone, rubble or plaster in the bin it will not be emptied. Please remove these materials and dispose of them at one of the City's Household Waste and Recycling Centres.

Brown Bin
If there is any contamination it will not be emptied
