Making a complaint

If you are not happy with the service we have given you, please contact the department you have been dealing with informing them, why you are not happy and what outcome you would like following your complaint. If you are still not happy with our response you can appeal by following the same process as listed above, and a Senior Manager will investigate the complaint for you.
