General Booking Information

Administration Fee

All credit and debit card payments made in person, by telephone and online will be subject to a 5% administration fee. No fee is applied to payments made in cash, cheque or voucher, or to Royal Friends members or school groups.

Postage

Tickets can be posted to you 2nd class for a 50p charge.

Concessions

Concessions are available on certain shows and performances. See specific show pages for details. All concessions and discounts are subject to availability and cannot be applied retrospectively.

Returns & Refunds
