We are a listening council who values your views; we want to ensure that you have every opportunity to be involved in planning and prioritising our services and that you are at the heart of our decision making processes.

Our Consultation Finder Database which enables you to find out about current and future consultations and how to get involved. You can also read about completed consultations and what happened as a result.

There is a simple search facility to enable you to look up consultations specific to your neighbourhood or to a particular topic, you can register to receive email and/or SMS text alerts every time details of a new consultation is added to the website which maybe of interest to you.

Council departments wanting to hear your views will enter details of their plans, background information and how to have your say onto the easy-to-use database.

You can then use the database to:

• Search for, read about and take part in current consultations.
• Register your interest and sign up to take part in future consultations.
• Find out what happened as a result of past consultations and get access to the findings on-line.
