The locallink family of bus services provide vital links for small estates to shops, health centres leisure facilities and community centres.

The size of these buses means that they can access smaller back streets and therefore provide a service to those communities which would otherwise have been isolated.

A unique part of the local link service is that a section of the route is demand responsive. This means that after calling and making a booking the bus will arrive at your door to pick you up.

Nottingham City Council has funded several Locallink services to serve areas that are not easily accessible by the larger service buses.

• Bulwell - Bulwell Bus Station - Norwich Gardens - Morrisons - Bulwell Hall
• Mapperley - Sherwood - Arnold - Bestwood
