Death head, four-fold, Austrian tinies, Dorset thread, come and see these and many other types of button on and off garments in the museums’ collections with Jeremy Farrell, Keeper of Costumes & Textiles. Brewhouse Yard comes alive with this fantastic annual May Day event that all the family can enjoy! Relive the atmosphere of life on the home front with music, dancing, re-enactments and much, much more. Step back in time and take part in a marvellous 1940s knees-up! Part of Nottingham City Council’s Veterans Celebrations 2008.
