Have you ever wondered about an object on your mantelpiece or a painting in your attic? Staff at Nottingham City Museums and Galleries welcome enquiries about objects, paintings, costumes, archaeology, natural, local and family history. The service is free but staff are unable to give valuations.

Love Museums and Galleries - why not become a 'Friend' The Friends of Nottingham Museums assist Nottingham City Museums and Galleries by raising money for purchases for the collection, by assisting in volunteer projects, working on Museum events, leading tours of museums and providing strong support for the Museums Service.
