If you lose a paper ticket or a ticket issued on a bus or a tram, these cannot be replaced.

If however you lose a pass – easyrider city, easyrider anytime, easyrider child, easyrider farecard, all is not lost. Let the NCT's Travel Centre know you have lost your pass and they can then hotlist the card so it can not be used by anyone else.

You will then need to be issued with a new card (there is a charge of £2 for replacing lost cards).
