Tickets purchased on the bus or tram can only be paid for with cash (or cheques on selected trentbarton routes). NCT operate an exact fare system and ask that you have your money ready when boarding.
Citylink 1 and Citylink 2 Park and Ride services, plus Trentbarton,  offer change on their services.

NCT’s Travel Centre in the Market Square offers payment by Direct Debit, On-line, Phone and in the shop by Cheque, Mastercard, Visa and  Maestro.
