Parking services customer contract

Nottingham City Council Parking Services are committed to the following standards of service and information.

  • We aim to offer an effective and courteous service at all times

  • Our staff will undertake continuous training to ensure that they can understand and implement this Customer Charter.

  • Customer safety and security are key priorities. We aim to ensure that crime is minimised.

  • We will provide surveillance by officers on foot patrol

  • We will provide clear and precise information regarding the vehicles permitted to use the car park Wider spaces will be provided for Blue Badge Holders who need them.

  • Information will be clearly displayed, showing charges, where to pay and where to obtain help from our staff.

  • We will monitor customer satisfaction by means of surveys.

  • We will publish information from customer surveys to show our performance

  • Customer Contract Leaflets will be available at our Customer Service Office and these will include details of how you can contact our managers.
