Highway Records

It’s the job of the officer in charge to keep, maintain and update the Highway Records and Street Register.

The Highway Records and the Streets Register show all highways, footways, footpaths and lands that are adopted/maintained by the Highways Department of The Nottingham City Council at public expense and includes documentary evidence of the highway network in the City of Nottingham. This evidence is used in searches and can be viewed by appointment.

Any member of the public can view these records by making an appointment with the Highways Records Officer.
